Elizabethton Crash Follow-Up - WCYB
Police are releasing more information on a deadly crash that happened Saturday night in Elizabethton, Tennessee. Police say 36-year-old Chad Winebarger died after crashing his Jeep into a ravine off of Tennessee Highway 91. They say he was on his way to work when the accident happened. Carter County Sheriff Chris Mathes told us Winebarger was a person who wanted to make a deifference in peoples' lives. The accident is still under investigation. ... Tri-City Air ...
